Local residents and leaseholders please be aware of local drug users loitering in and around the Trowbridge estate shitting, urinating, taking drugs, drugs being sold, and local travel criminals stealing cars on a daily basis and cloning vehicles. There is no wonder why this anti-social behavior and criminal behaviour is taking place when your local Hackney council do not deal with anti-social behavior and your local snt safer neighborhood police have always got their backs turn why the criminals crack on. Local safer neighbourhood police always got their heads in the cloud or up in the trees looking at birds. when they should be looking on the floor and seeing that amount of evidence from vehicle theft and victims property.. They are only good for posing in photo shots making themselves look like they're doing good for their community.
9, Brinkworth Way, Hackney, London, E9 5JX. 23:18, Tuesday -
Dear local West ham supporters, local travellers, local residents, local leaseholders, local visitors, please be advised there is free parking at Osborne road garages on match days. please arrive early seen as there is only five parking bays in the car park for the taking because Hackney council have made it a free parking zone now. Hackney council worker quote Parking in this section of Trowbridge Estate, known as Mallard Close, Osborne road garages, is not controlled by Hackney Council. As such the signage was removed by the hackney Parking Department. Whoever had this bright idea to remove the enforcement signs from Osborne road garages z55 zone. If that's the case hackney council should remove all the z55 zones from all the car parks this is going to cause so much antisocial behavior at Osborne road garages because of hackney council actions. Therefore the car park is not enforced and you're going to have local travellers taking advantage of this i.e cloning vehicles, stolen vehicles, abandon vehicles, illegally parked vehicles, cars with no MOT, cars with no tax. Also the barrier gates on Osborne road has been reported to the repairs department Hackney council every department you can think of but still has not been fixed therefore unauthorised vehicles are entering at all hours causing nuisance, delivery vans blocking residents leaseholders garages, Hackney council do not get the gate fixed but they are okay to take residence rent but don't do any work. Maybe Hackney council just like causing so much antisocial behavior and distressed to residents and leaseholders at the end of the day they go home with a wage they don't care get your act together.

As such the signage Z55 was removed by the Parking Department. if Hackney council garage team Randall Kerry are going to take this action making it free parking therefore they should get the barrier gate on Osborne road fixed. If you feel this car park should be controlled parking, please talk to your housing manager Simon Priscilla,Denise Corbin both are quite incompetent workers would not trust them.Residents and leaseholders do not talk to your local Trowbridge resident association group member Eugene Egan who abuses his position as a TRA elected member. who abuses his power as a member. who displays a dominant, aggressive, behavior over Osborne road garages like it's his land.Job description for nuisance neighbor Eugene Egan 21 Mallard close treating Osborne road garages like the city of London Barbican council Bringing his job role home and imprinting the Barbican estate council rules on Hackney council grounds and targeting residence, making force complaints, allegations to hackney council. Dear local aerial manager could you please address this issue last year summer 2023. where a resident who lives at number 3 daintry way E9 5JJ has been going around the Daintry way courtyard with a jet washer washing all the paving stones with a high pressure rised jet washer which has made all paving stones come loose because all the sand and grout has been jet washed at high pressure causing it to come loose and wobbly. The local aerial manager Denise Corbin is aware and she even praised resident on a good job making the area nice But she doesn't realise the damage the resident has caused by making all the paving stones loose now.Hackney council would have to pay to get paving stone relayed reset fixed. Causing problems for elderly residence who cannot walk properly. by stumping their feet on the paving stones and tripping over then have to call for a local ambulance to help the resident in distress up. putting the strain on the ambulance service. Dear Denise Corbin please get your act together. May need further training in her career to benefit residents.
