Dear sir madam I wish to make you aware the PVC gutters on top of the roof are blocked front and back the whole of Daintry way E9 5JJ building, subcontracting workman cleaning gutters stated gutters were block and down pipes full of mosque and leaves clogged up for many years. Gutter workman stated they cannot clean the rear gutters due to not having scaffolding in communal garden to reach.Hackney Council employee done site visit stated all gutters are blocked but Hackney Council only chose to do one side of the building.This due to lack of maintenance and upkeep by the landlord,Hackney Council. Hackney Council are aware of the drains being blocked but they are only choosing to do what they want to do if residents don't complain then they leave you suffering with mold and damp and leaks. Someone from the council can please inspect all gutters and carry out the work correctly please. No cutting corners and saving money residents pay their service charge so therefore you should be carrying out these simple repairs.Gutters blocked on roof in torrential downfall gutters overflow causing flooding and leaks.
