Dear Simon Priscilla and Denise Corbin Hackney council housing managerscould you please address this issue of antisocial behavior Daintry way courtyards outside bungalows & resident property,delivery drivers on e-bikes and motorcycles nearly running over residents,children coming out of the garden gates, elderly people, who live in the area by mounting the pathways when looking for addresses to deliver food. Suggestions staggered barriers need to be put in Daintry way to prevent this behavior Before a serious incident happens. Why is some parts of the Trowbridge estate have staggered barrier gates and others don't but then the other side doesn't probably to do with money cost Hackney council.

Dear Simon Priscilla and Denise Corbin housing managers of Hackney wick could you please address this issue.Osborne road antisocial behaviour lime bike.You have decided or have struct a deal with the Lime bike company allocating 3 car parking spaces in Osborne road which is an absolute nightmare for the residents. How can you justify this decision taking up car space for Lime bikes that pay no insurance, no road tax, and not paying for car parking permit like I am, why are privileged. This is also causing ASB especially at the weekend. Why have Hackney council given Lime preferential treatment I am sick of moving these bikes out of my way because of the outrages decision you've made. I have been a resident in Osborne road for 25 years and never experience such disruption. I have always owned a car and I have always paid from 2012 for a parking permit yet the nuisance bike get everything for free. I have asked in the pass to have a designated parking space with a very valid reason and guess what you refused but, now you give LIME BIKES FREE Parking which is causing a nuisance. Whoever, thought this was a good idea perhaps you should have this going on outside your own home and see how you like it. Lastly they are also leaving bikes near peoples cars I came out one day to find a bike learning on peoples cars. I THINK YOU SHOULD REMOVE THIS IDEA IMMEDIATELY. Other boroughs are scrapping them completed because of the nuisance these bikes are causing is seen on TV las week. Good morning Britain. I will be showing pictures of these bikes on Good Morning Britian and explaing to them what an issue it is causing in this cul-da-sac . Osborne road garages 1 to 23. Lease holder has not been given a new H55 correct Key. The leaseholder has the old obsolete key which is H55T1 which has caused this problem and caused the leaseholder non-intentionally to break the barrier gate lock by putting the wrong key in the lock and turning it and it jammed. Leaseholder then went to his white van and got a pair of monkey grip pliers out and then tried clamping the key with the pliers and twisting it which probably made the problem worser.the damage has been caused because Hackney council hasn't issued leaseholder new barrier gate keys which is incompetent on their behalf.

Osborne road garages 1 to 23. Residence have installed illegal CCTV overlooking leaseholders,residents garages with no warning to leaseholders or residents recording their daily routines and activities and even using the CCTV to singling out and target innocent quiet people harassing resident,leaseholders by using the CCTV on their property to know what times leaseholders, residence coming home from work and leaving.The residents with the CCTV on his property see the leaseholder or resident going to their garage and they are coming out spying on them and harassing them for no good reason except for targeting behavior and discrimination. Hackney council managers are aware of this and our allowing this anti-social behavior to take place. Leaseholders,residents are paying their rent on the garage why should this behaviour be tolerated. Osborne road garages 1 -23.Simon Priscilla could you please address this issue of the barrier gate post is wobbly and loose has not been cemented into the floor properly by last subcontractor. Residents are struggling to keep the barrier gate open position and shut it. Bolt pin not lining up with post. Elderly residents and leaseholders of garages getting annoyed and fed up with Hackney council's behavior. Not all leaseholders have been given new keys. Therefore barrier gate pin does not line up with the post therefore the gate cannot be lifting open position while you drive out.Gate alignment.On windy days gate blows nearly damaging residence car as they leave.

The resident of On the 20th of July 2024 at approximately 10:00pm: residence association group was scene at the barrier gate opening and tampering by replacing the missing asp and taken into home address antisocial behaviour please report to police. Then making force allegations to Hackney council management team that other residents/leaseholders have replaced missing asp which subcontractor left in so people could get car out. emailing the subcontractor harassing them making force allegations to get the subcontractor to come back..

Osborne road garages E9 5JL. On the 26th of July 2024 at 06:45pm: the resident on the local Trowbridge resident association group was again seen at the barrier gates on Osborne road removing the cord and locking it taking the spare temporary subcontractors cord/sap into his home address to cause annoyance and nuisance to other residents/leaseholders/Hackney council because been complaining about the gate for years to get fixed. This is how they causing problems to get it done. Also walking around the estate slagging off Hackney council/innocent people making force allegations and malicious accusations. Beware of the troublemaker. If the hackney council taken serious got CCTV on his property which can prove his own action/behaviour. Which uses the CCTV to harass other residents/leaseholders on a daily basis.
