• Dear local aerial Hackney council manager could you please address this issue early hours in the morning workman subcontractors causing alarm and distress, noise nuisance, and antisocial behavior to the surrounding residence on 15/01/25 at 06:00am until 10:00am. Workman were using a large industrial vax Hoover and dehumidifier installing in the property at 10 Daintry way E9 5JJ property of Mr Graham Hawkins. Also the resident Graham Hawkins son Raymond Hawkins and subcontractors were chucking large items on the front of Graham Hawkins porch wooden flooring, underlay, pillows, two mattresses, double bed frame, a brown leather free piece, underfloor heating underlay, household items materials and fabrics,which ended up later on in the day outside the Daintry way public bins which were overflowing with fly tipped household items. the resident from number 10 Daintry way E9 5JJ son Raymond Hawkins and subcontractor possibly friend of the family were using a supermarket trolley to fly tip the household items in the Daintry way public bins which have been fly-tipped at the expense of Hackney council. They fly tips multiple items on multiple trips with the supermarket trolley disposing of the items.There is clear signage on the wall saying no fly tipping prosecute up to a thousand pound but still ignored it and did have no consideration for other residents or leaseholders. This is antisocial behavior and the council should prosecute the Residence son Raymond Hawkins at number 10 Daintry way E9 5JJ lease holder Graham Hawkins for this irresponsible behavior. Hackney council should make them pay for the cleanup cost. They were also fly tipping materials from other jobs they have worked on in the Daintry way such as large sheets of MDF wood which they took out of two company fleet vans ford transit grey Vans plate (1) number BV67 EEJ ,ford transit grey plate (2) number BU55 AFS and fly tipped the MDF wood & household items at 6am in the morning. Also the resident son Raymond Hawkins and friend of family was using Graham Hawkins blue disabled badge number MJ977A 0 0550X0725, to park his van a legally without his father with him. this is blue badge fraud.disgraceful there are genuine disabled people and they are using a blue badge illegally to park their work vehicles. Hackney council do your job in investigate and prosecute. It's not fair leaseholders and residents have to live in slums because of anti-social behavior from being inconsiderate residence running down the neighborhood.
