What is the mayor of Hackney doing about this common offense of phones snatching by young black males who do not want to work. Day job is robbing people's phone and property. These young black males do not want to work they just want earn a living off of crime making phones and selling drugs all round Hackney. No enforcement no policing. What is the mayor of Hackney doing about crime in the borough. It seems like it is a lawless country at the moment no enforcement no policing crime on our streets every day.
