Impossible to pass without being brushed by hedge especially where the pavement is narrow because of roadside tree

  • This overhanging foliage is not growing from the public highway and therefore not the responsibility of Street Trees. However, I passed this over to our Highways Team to send a Vegetation Notice to the owner instructing them to prune it back.
