Safety systems not effective

The council are satisfied with safety systems however again more issues reported, if the systems worked, the number of these issues should be close to zero. This is now becoming negligent behaviour of the council not to increase action against the PC.

  • Dear Mr Dalli,

    Thank you for your report via ‘Report a problem’.

    This is an active site, with work taking place within barriered-off areas. During working hours, personnel must frequently enter and exit the work zone. Your photographs show a few barriers that appear to have fallen over; these are corrected as soon as they are spotted.

    While it is standard practice to rectify any displaced barriers immediately during the workday, I will report this to our contractor so that appropriate action can be taken
