Men urinating in front of children and drug paraphernalia

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9758862.

This has been an issue for years but recently has become worse. All men including people passing buy (not only alcoholics) are using that corner as a toilet even in front of children. They also use it for drug use. This corner needs to be closed off
