Abandoned vehicle parked in peabody estate's carpark with deflated tires for over 6 months, vehicle does not belong to any residents at the address and has no permit. Car parking space is limited and this abandoned van is not helping the situation.

    The Nuisance Vehicle Team has received your report.

    Unfortunately we are unable to remove this vehicle due to the vehicle in question being parked in a gated car park on private land. Please contact your housing association for further assistance/advice for private enforcement of abandoned vehicles inside your car park. We have closed this report due to not being able to deal with the report.
