Urgent - Very large A board blocking entire footway

This enormous A board is blocking the entire footway and dropped kerb area, hazardous for wheelchair users and blind/visually impaired pedestrians on their way to nearby Moorfields Eye Hospital. Please deal with this is a matter of urgency.
