Lime bike van repeatedly parking dangerously, illegally and across cycle path
Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9633228.
On multiple but four recorded occasions lime bike drivers park illegally and dangerously. I have asked for them to park considerately, but they simply smirk and couldn’t care less. I’ve reported to Lime.

Another example just now. Parked on zig zag lines, forcing me and another cyclist to be blind to any oncoming traffic the other side of the van.

We share your frustration around this issue and understand your desire for this service to be used properly without negatively impacting on the local community.
We have logged your specific issue which, alongside other issues we record, has been reported directly to Hackney’s current cycle hire providers Lime and Voi. This issue will be raised and actioned as part of our regular management meetings.
Please be assured that this behaviour is not acceptable and these drivers will be sanctioned by the operator involved. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention.
