Foxes emptying rubbish from uncovered bin on to street
Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9552839.
There is a bin at the #106 bus stop (the type without a top cover). As such, people put domestic waste bags in it which the fox then removes to retrieve the food, and the contents are scattered up the street. A covered version would likely solve the issue
