Abandoned bike frames locked to the public bike dock

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9535551.

The problem has been reported before by others yet unsuccessfully as the Council's vehicle nuisance team's response was that it wasn't under the remit. Please forward to the right team to action because these 3 bike frames take up 50% of dock space.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your report. Our enforcement officers visited the location and served 7-day notices on the three bikes. The waste team has been notified and will remove them as soon as the notices expire.
