Vehicles constantly parked on double yellow lines

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9530285.

This short section of road now has double yellow lines. Since half of the road is closed due to construction work, cars constantly parked illegally here make it difficult to pass. It is on C27 cycle route and just next to the toucan crossing.
