    This was forwarded to our cleansing team, who confirmed that the issue is located on private land. As a result, the council is unable to clear the waste directly.

    However, we have passed your concerns onto our Education and Enforcement Team, who investigate residential and commercial waste issues, such as the inappropriate storage of waste and bins. The team will look into this report and take any necessary enforcement action against the land owner or managing agent.

    For any updates, you can contact the team directly at behaviour.change@hackney.gov.uk. In the meantime, you may also wish to contact the managing agent or private landlord directly if you have their details.
