Ebenezers salon blocking the pavement

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9510988.

I can see this was reported that year too and still no action has been taken. Like with every issue with this salon and you never do anything. Today there are 4 chairs outside blocking the pavement and it's nearly 11pm and they are noisy.
