Dead fox, please help!

FixMyStreet ref: 9509910.

I called Hackney waste and recycling and was told by them to email wasteoperations@hackney.gov.uk. I have emailed but had no reply. We found the fox in a neighbour's garden, removed and bagged it in multiple bags but it smells extremely bad. Please help!
