Urgent: Multiple high-pressure commercial gas cylinders abandoned on pavement

There are multiple large, commercial-grade industrial gas cylinders fly-tipped directly on the pavement causing a trip hazard. I’m also concerned about safety in the current heatwave. Please can they be removed. Thank you.
