Badly maintained, dirty, litter filled construction site

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9416878.

This construction site is awfully maintained and dirty which has lead to bad smells, increased sightings of rodents, dirt across the road at the site entrance, poorly maintained hoarding along the southern edge of the site in terms of the Heras fence.
