Overflowing bins on property - please help, we need additional bins. Not helping with rodents/foxes/birds.

    Please note that additional bins can be requested via the following link: https://www.hackney.gov.uk/ rubbish-and-recycling/ rubbish-recycling-and-food-waste-collections/ order-bins-and-bags.

    You may be eligible for an extra rubbish bin if your household meets any of the following criteria:

    - Has 5 or more people - Uses nappies - Needs an extra bin for hygiene reasons (for example, if you use a lot of incontinence pads)

    After you’ve ordered an extra bin, we’ll visit you to check if you need an extra bin.

    We’ll only provide an extra bin if we agree there’s nothing more you could be recycling.

    If we approve your request, we’ll aim to deliver your bin within 20 working days of receiving your request.
