Tents and litter all around it in park

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9388164.

Parks team and Enforcement Team Have not address this. Tent is still there with a lot of litter around it. On flowerbeds behind a sign that says not to pass. ‘Fever tree’ umbrella. Kids play here! Is this allowed by the council on parks?
