Excessive litter for days attracting foxes and rats

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9366433.

There is a big pile of litter including food remains that has not been cleaned/picked up due to the big amount of fly tipping on Bentley Road. Could you please have it collected as it attracts foxes and rats and children play in the area during the day ?
