Vehicle parked in disabled bay for years and not moved

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9321957.

Vehicle is not road taxed and SORN on DVLA. person parked in a disabled bay with a badge but has left it over 1.5-2 years. They do not move their car and it is unfair on those who do drive their vehicle and need to park in disabled bay Not private property
