Blocked manhole and massive sewage spilling on surface without any attention. This has been on for a while and is at a dangerous point. Already a threat to health.

    It's getting worse please we need this to be urgently attended to for health reasons please. See new pictures. It requires expedited action. The overgrown weeds are covering the entire mess.
