Bike frame abandoned for weeks

The abandoned bike frame is attached to the one and only bike parking hoop outside the unitarian meeting house, further reducing places to secure a bike nearby.

    I am one of the Enforcement Team Leaders for Hackney Council, and I personally attended the location with one of my team and placed a 7-day notice Ref: 7DN0411 on the frame in the early hours of 22nd May 2026. Once this has been completed by our team (Enforcement), it is then referred to Waste Services, who should remove the bike frame on the 8th day from when the notice was placed on the bike.
