  • The vehicle has valid Tax and MOT. Also it has a valid permit for the zone it which it is parked. The vehicle had also moved position from the local giving in the report. The vehicle therefore does not meet the Abandoned Vehicle criteria and the case will now be closed. Kind regards, The Nuisance Vehicles Team
