Bin bags ripped open, rubbish overflowing Truman’s Road
Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9129457.
As usual, bin bags were piled high before being collected yesterday (Tuesday) but these bags were left behind and have since been ripped open, I imagine by foxes etc., and the rubbish is now flowing onto the pavement. Same issue with recycling, it’s piled.
