Damaged abandoned bike

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9034887.

Rusted bike frame with missing wheels, clearly unrideable has been left locked to a frame and obstructs the footpath as well as occupying a useful bike stand. Also an eyesore where rubbish and filth collects around it. Please remove as amatter of urgency.
