Commercial bins overflowing led to rubbish strewn on Truman’s Road

As you can see, bin bags were piled high atop of the commercial bins on Truman’s Road, meaning when they were cleared by the bin men this morning they opened up and litter is now strewn all over the pavement and behind the bins too. Disgusting.
