Oxted Court - all lights out. Unsafe

Sent to Hackney Council 11 hours, 36 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 8926351.

All of the lights on Oxted Court are broken/not working. This applies all of the lights for the upstairs flats and the lights up the stairs. This is incredibly unsafe. This happens regularly, please don't just change the bulbs, changes the fixtures.
