Phoenix close street sign faded

Sent to Hackney Council 1 month, 1 week, 4 days, 18 hours, 13 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 8906133.

Street sign is above tenants house and no one ever finds it as is in an awkward place. Deliveries, post are always an issue. The sign is now faded too. Can this be taken down and get a new sign placed in a better place not on the tenants actual home
