Footpaths and parade area in an unacceptable state. There's always litter, there's no street lighting, badly maintained paving, paint spills, dirt, and nothing positive in the way of landscaping, trees or planting. Hackney Council should be ashamed, especially as it has been reported to various departments and nothing has been done whatsoever.
