A blocked gully has caused a large, persistent puddle to form on the public pavement/road, creating a serious slip hazard. The issue has been present for nearly two months and has not been addressed.

The gully is blocked with mud, dirt and fallen leaves, preventing proper drainage. As a result, water has accumulated into a large puddle that covers a significant walking area. This makes the surface extremely slippery and difficult to navigate and risky
