Bins have not been emptied

The bins in our buildings rubbish area have not been emptied. The recycling bins have been locked and people have been leaving boxes and recycling outside of bins meaning access to the area has been blocked

  • Thank you for your report. Please note that there is currently an issue opening the shutter, which is preventing our collections from taking place.

    We have raised this matter with the MA , and they will need to clear all excess waste until the bin store is fully accessible for our crew to resume collections.
