Rubbish hasn't been collected for several weeks from the rubbish shed by the entrance at Hartopp court. No space to dispose the rubbish and the door can't be closed. Many elderly ppl live here and some of them started to leave the rubbish in a hall way

Please note that you can only report your bin as being missed from 6pm on the day of your scheduled collection, and you can only do so for 48 hours from that point. This is the fastest way of letting us know your bin has been missed and we aim to return and collect your bin within 48 hrs (excluding weekends, bank holidays and Mondays).
