It's parking here more than a year and never been moved since then. I have never seen the owner. I think it's abandoned.

  • Thank You for your report, our officer visited this location , the vehicle in question does not classify as Abandoned it has a valid Permit ,MOT ,TAX ,also the owner promised to fix the flat tire.
