Broken pots left by refuse collectors

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8793487.

The refuse collectors smashed a plant pot and left other pots strewn aroun the front garden .

    I went and spoke to the refuse collectors, who were further uo the street and I told them they had broken my pot and asked them to come back and tidy up the mess they had made. They returned within the hour and removed the broken pot, athough I wanted to try to save the plant. In the process of removing the plant from the broken pot they dropped smashed pieces of pot on the pavement, which they left and I had to clear up. They picked up the things they had knocked over. However I would hope that next time they would do this without being asked and without making more mess. The driver was polite and apologetic, but unfortunately I cannot say they same for the other two men.
