Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8787866.

There is a damaged outside tap on the Guinness Trust estate Charnwood House on Charnwood Street . Reported to Guinness 19/01/26 this has not been repaired . This is not a trickle it is gallons of water 24/7 being wasted .
