External building lights not on at sundown

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8715198.

Hackney Council's Well Street building's external lights do not go on at the same time as the other builds. It's 5:4pm and in complete darkness. This is a daily occurrence. Please program lights to turn on at sun down.
