Drain not working on the square

The drain on the square is overflowing, now ankle deep. This is a recurring issue but because of the weather it’s causing disruption to people walking through the square because it’s not visible. This is the drain cover just outside the vortex jazz club

    The surface water has been cleared by our Environmental Services team. The drainage at this location is due to be upgraded by the end of this month.
