First seen 5 days ago. Rubbish, overflowing commercial bins and heavy items spilling over the pavement and main entrance / exit to a residential estate.. A horrible and hazardous ‘welcome home to Hackney!’

    Thank you for your report regarding Littering & Cleanliness. Please be advised that the overflowing bins issue has been passed onto our Environmental managers. The Category has been changed to fly-tipping due to the household items dumped next to the bins.
