Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8625373.
The recycling bins in the bin room used by residents of 90 Whiston Road haven't been emptied in about 2 weeks now. They're completely overflowing and have been way since a week ago.
Updates

The bins were collected the Wednesday following my previous post, but the same thing has happened again straight after. As of 31st January, the last two weeks of collections have been missed, and the recycling bins are completely overflowing again.

Many thanks for your report. Please be advised that our team has contacted the managing agent, as we are currently experiencing access issues to the site.
For future reference in case you are unaware, you are able to report missed collections via our website at https://hackney.gov.uk/ report-a-missed-collection. Please note that you can only report your bin as being missed from 6pm on the day of your scheduled collection, and you can only do so for 48 hours from that point. This is the fastest way of letting us know your bin has been missed and we aim to return and collect your bin within 48 hrs (excluding weekends, bank holidays and Mondays).
