Overflowing rubbish left behind on Merriam Ave Carpark

Bins were cleared however the overflowing rubbish has been left behind. Due to missed collections, the bins servicing surrounding flats were overflowing. The bins were cleared this morning, however the area was left in a filthy, unhygienic condition.

    Bins moved onto different property at Olso House. The condition of the bin area has significantly deteriorated.

    The area now requires urgent clearing and cleaning, as it presents a high risk of vermin and is in a generally unhygienic state. I would appreciate this being addressed as soon as possible.

    Bins are full again, the rubbish has not been cleared. I have repeatedly written to council about the unhygienic state of the area. Unacceptable
