Bike left for over 8 months

The light Blue Bike has been left locked up for well over 8months. Staff at the restaurant infront of the lock can confirm. it takes up parking space for other cyclists and sometimes causes blockages on pavement

    Enforcement Officers attended the location and have attached a 7 Day Notice to the bike. Waste Services has been notified and will remove the bike once the 7-day notice has expired.
