  • Thank you for your report.

Our graffiti removal team attended the site, however, they have determined that the graffiti cannot be cleared at this time. This is due to operational constraints, including the risk of property damage and safety concerns regarding the height of the area.

I have forwarded this matter to our Enforcement Support department for further review and appropriate action. If you wish to follow up on this case, you may contact the team directly at enforcementsupport@hackney.gov.uk.

    Sincerely,

    Hackney Council

  • Thank you for reporting this issue. Our environmental operative has reviewed the information and made an initial assessment that the issue falls outside the council's remit (for example, if the location is on private land). As a result, we have cancelled your report.

We recognise that the operative’s initial review may not have captured the full extent of the situation. If you disagree with this assessment and believe the council should deal with this issue, please email the details to wasteoperations@hackney.gov.uk. We will ensure the matter is escalated for a further investigation by a member of the team.
