Piles of leaves on walkway which is causing a hazard as people are tripping on the leaves

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8500211.

Piles of leaves have been put outside 105 Clapton Common which has been there for weeks. Can this be removed please as this is causing hazards to pedestrians and tenants at large.
