Continuous fly tipping outside lister court

This has became my second job, a constant problem. Now people started throwing their black bin in this premise. It will be hammered by the foxes and create a complete mess if not being cleaned sooner. Council must do something to stop this!

  • Thank you I cannot take this up as my second job. This must be stopped, is it possible to put a sign there showing it is not a dumping ground?
