Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8474112.

The 2nd floor flat of 220 Evering road seems to be remodelling the top floor and they have been dumping the waste from that project onto the street and pavement. This has been blocking the side walk for 2 weeks now.
