Leaves obstructing pavements and dangerous over all the curbs

The roads must be cleared of leaves as soon as possible. They are piling up, full of rubbish, dog poo and all sorts. They’re also very dangerous when wet, slippery and make the curbs unclear causing pedestrians and buggies to trip over curbs and get stuck.
