  • I see that several other reports were made about this rubbish but that the reports were closed, due to this not being under the jurisdiction of Hackney council (possibly because it is deemed to be on private property). This is very strange as the rubbish seems to be clearly on public pavements. It has been there for days and is become a public health issue, attracting vermin. Whether it's on private property or not, it is, or soon will be, affecting people living in proximity. This needs to be cleaned up as soon as possible!
